    Arriving after 8:00pm or need an early check in or late check out? Please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange a time that works for you. 



  • Parking

    Free onsite outdoor parking is available for all rooms at Sutherland Motel.


    Travelling with an RV, truck or bus? Please contact us to arrange suitable parking. 


  • WiFi

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas. 

  • Laundry Facilities

    Laundry access available upon request. Please see reception for access.

  • Swimming Pool

    Our pool is open daily from 9am - 9pm. 

    Pool towels are provided for your convenience. 

    For everyone's safety and enjoyment, pets are not permitted in the pool area and children must be supervised at all times.

  • Booking and Cancellation Policy

    Please refer to your travel agent or booking platform for your booking and cancelation policy.

  • Pet Policy

    Pets are welcome in select rooms by prior arrangement only. 

    For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in common areas, including the pool area.

    A designated dog run area is available for your convenience.

    Pets must be supervised at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

    Additional cleaning charges may apply. 


  • Smoking Policy

    No smoking is permitted in any guestrooms. There is a designated smoking area on the property.
